WHAT WILL YOU DO NEXT?

Hey sweeties how are you today??
Todays topic is what will happen next!
In a few days the world will try his best to take back the control of his life and move on from all this suffering. Will we be the same ?? Will you be the same as you were before the epidemic ? Will you hug or kiss or touch or even get close to someone that he is sneezing or he just coughed because he has an allergy?? Will you leave your kid near other kids or adults as you did before??
Unfortunately no one will be the same !! We will always feel the fear sicking a way to our hearts . I know i will be afraid and i want you to know that you are not alone!! But you can take control of your life and we can find our way back slowly and with caution !
We need to help ourselves to adjust in this new reality . Its not difficult and im pretty positive you can do it , you survived a whole lot more and you will survive and live a happy life!!
For me what we can do is

• Keep taking our vitamins ( our body needs it anyways!!) 
• In the beginning try to avoid places that are crowded 
• Always have in your bag  sanitizer its good for your hands and health and if its tissues with sanitizer can be good for you if you spill anything over you!! ( Trust me they are life savers! , Coffee on white t-shirt !! I won't say more!!) 
• Exercise , when gyms open try to find the hours that are less crowded and do only the things you can't do outside ! Then for cardio , run outside !! Summer is coming so take advantage of it!! 
• Read , read and read and read and journal your feelings on paper!! The best cure to feel better!! 
• Eat as healthy as possible!!! Nourishing the body of yours!! 
• Drink water as much as possible!!
