THE BEST BOOKS I READ IN 2019

THE BEST BOOKS I  READ IN 2019

Hello my friends how are you today ?
Happy February ! The month of love , amore , amour !!!
Todays topic as you read for is the best books i read in 2019 . They are a lot , i reached last years book goal ( if you have a goodreads account , you know what i mean ) and i am here ready to share the ones i loved. I will tell you about the english ones i read and for the greek because i think there is no point , right ? if you by chance want to know , comment doen bellow and i will answer , i promise!

So lets start , the first and the best englidh book i ve read in 2019 and now i am listening as an audiobook is The happiness equation by Neil Pasricha , is so well written and talks so clear and bright about a lot of important things , i will leave you good reads details and plot for you !
I stronglyyyyyyy recommend it !!

What’s the formula for a happy life?

Neil Pasricha is a Harvard MBA, a Walmart executive, a New York Times–bestselling author, and a husband and dad. After selling more than a million copies of his Book of Awesome series, he now shifts his focus from observation to application.
In The Happiness Equation, Pasricha illustrates how to want nothing, do anything, and have everything. If that sounds like a contradiction, you simply haven’t unlocked the 9 Secrets to Happiness.
Each secret takes a common ideal, flips it on its head, and casts it in a completely new light. Pasricha then goes a step further by providing step-by-step guidelines and hand-drawn scribbles that illustrate exactly how to apply each secret to live a happier life today.
Controversial? Maybe. Counterintuitive? Definitely.
The Happiness Equation will teach you such principles as:· Why success doesn’t lead to happiness · How to make more money than a Harvard MBA · Why multitasking is a myth · How eliminating options leads to more choice
The Happiness Equation is a book that will change how you think about everything—your time, your career, your relationships, your family, and, ultimately, of course, your happiness.
This award-winning translation by Richard Pevear and Larissa Volokhonsky remains true to the verbal
inventiveness of Dostoevsky’s prose, preserving the multiple voices, the humor, and the surprising modernity of the original. It is an achievement worthy of Dostoevsky’s last and greatest novel.

Moving on i will tell you about the Secret by Rhonda Byrne , ok i liked this book a lot ! i like it because it tells you a lot but for me actually informed me about the law of attraction that i didnt know a lot for it . It made me think a lot about it and i understood that what it says has a point there.

If you would like to know more i recommend it for sure !

The Secret’s 10th Anniversary Edition includes a new foreword by Rhonda Byrne, and 10 of the most life-changing insights she’s had over the last 10 years of practicing and living The Secret every day. The 10 insights alone will accelerate your understanding and mastery of the law of attraction.

Next we go to some literaure , i read The Brother Karamazov by  Fyodor Dostoyevsky
if you love literature then its a classical for you and a must read it was in my book bucket list!
The Brothers Karamasov is a murder mystery, a courtroom drama, and an exploration of erotic rivalry in a series of triangular love affairs involving the “wicked and sentimental” Fyodor Pavlovich Karamazov and his three sons―the impulsive and sensual Dmitri; the coldly rational Ivan; and the healthy, red-cheeked young novice Alyosha. Through the gripping events of their story, Dostoevsky portrays the whole of Russian life, is social and spiritual striving, in what was both the golden age and a tragic turning point in Russian culture.

Also i read another classical that i loved with such power , a speech full with power ! Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austin !
I have no words for it ! Just read it and if you are like me then go and watch the movie so you can put lets say faces to the names , thats my favourite thing , when i watch a movie thats based on a book i love it because in my mind i can put faces on the names !

Since its immediate success in 1813, Pride and Prejudice has remained one of the most popular novels in the English language. Jane Austen called this brilliant work "her own darling child" and its vivacious heroine, Elizabeth Bennet, "as delightful a creature as ever appeared in print." The romantic clash between the opinionated Elizabeth and her proud beau, Mr. Darcy, is a splendid performance of civilized sparring. And Jane Austen's radiant wit sparkles as her characters dance a delicate quadrille of flirtation and intrigue, making this book the most superb comedy of manners of Regency England.

Thats all for now my friends , if you liked this post tell me and i can make it for every month , tell me your favourite books for the 2019 and if you have any suggestions for me . Also i will leave my goodreads name if you want to come and join me in my book worm hall ! ;)
See you soon
Love
