FAVOURITE HEALTHY SNACKS - ΑΓΑΠΗΜΕΝΑ ΥΓΕΙΝΑ ΣΝΑΚΣ

Hello , hello how are you my friends?

I thought after Easter we all want to start eat healthy again because lets dont forget Summer its on his way.
So i am here to tell you my favourite healthy snacks . If you like them  we will continue with some healthy receipes.
So , lets start :


Γεια σας φίλοι μου , τι κάνετε ;;
Σκέφτηκα ότι μετά το Πάσχα όλες θέλουμε να τρώμε υγιεινά  ξανά γιατί μην ξεχνάμε το καλοκαιράκι έρχεται !!
Από κάτω σας αφήνω τα αγαπημένα μου υγιεινά σνακ .Αν σας αρέσουν θα συνεχίσουμε και με άλλες συνταγές.
Ας ξεκινήσουμε:


  • Banana, peanut butter toast with a pinch of cinammon and dark chocolate.


INGREDIENTS


  • banana 1-3 ( it depends  to how many toasts you want to make)
  • peanut butter 
  • dark chocolate( melt the chocolate and ''bath your toasts 
  •     cinammon   ''
Freeze them and then just enjoy!!


Thats for your sweet tooth!!!








  • Avocado toast ( with egg or without egg)

 

INGREDIENTS


  •   Whole grain bread slices 
  • one ready to eat avocado ( smash the avocado , put the seasonings and lemon )
  • pepper
  • lemon
  • salt 
  • egg ( if you want a fry egg on it , but fry it  on a pan with out oil)


  •  Apple peanut butter toasts



                INGREDIENTS
  • Apples ( slice the apples)
  • peanut butter( put it on the apple)
  • cinammon











  • Turkey and cheese wrap 

 INGREDIENTS
  • Turkey 
  • cheese 0% fat
  • pepper - cucumber




Its good after gym snack , for me it helps me a lot!!








  • Hummus and carrots


 no need to explain just eat and dream about the summer!!
