DO WE RESPECT OURSELVES?


 Hello my friends how are you today ?
Todays topic is the respect that each of us have for our body or to be more exact the respect we do not we have for our body !
I believe its common truth that we dont respect and we do not honor our bodies , i will leave you some questions down bellow , if your answer is yes you belong to this team that we will know creat that it will respect his body !


  • Do you eat junk food more than homemade food ?
  • Do you drink beveradges more than water ?
  • In your week meal schedule veges and fruits are rare ?
  • Have you ever say something bad to yourself about your body ?
  • Do you work more than you breath 
  • Do you want to change your whole body ?
  • If you look at yourself in the mirror you cant find anything good about it ?
If you answered yes to more than 2 questions my dear you need to keep reading ! 
Our bodies are sacred , we have to honor it and respect it . Think about it , your body is the thing that holds you up and its the thing that keeps you going , its the  temple of your soul . If you stop taking care of your body , do you think this will keep moving you forward or anywhere you want to go ? Let me answer this ..... NOOO! 
Take a few steps behind and think , what can be changed ? 
Maybe a few more portions of veges and less glasses of beveradges ? 
Think about it ! 
I will agree with you that pizzas and burgers and here in Greece souvlaki are the best but do you believe they fuel your ''car'' to move , to make it feel more energetic ?
You can keep eating these but once a week not everyday or every other day . If you work as a full time or you are a full time mum , meal prep , do what ever you need for your ''car'' to make it feel honored and energetic !
Last but not least is how do you see yourself dear ? Trust me the way we see ourselves pays a huge role to how our body reacts, do you know that when you get stressed adrnaline released into the bloodstream in response to physical or mental stress , so stress is a part of mental health right ? So what do you think is happening inside our bodies when we say hateful or disrespectful things for it ?
So my dear , love you , show to your body that you can work together and achieve wonders because you love you ! Love you first ,cherish your body before you cherish someone else !
Arrange some days to have a spa night , a pamper night routine for you , for your body , so it can relax and recharge for your next week or until the next time you pamper yourself.
I know if you work or you have children is very difficult even worse when you are a working mother but ! As one of my favourite youtuber says ( ERIN MAY HENRY ) take responsibility of your actions . What i mean is , take a look at your schedule , what time do you wake up ? how many hours do you spend scrolling on your phone ? Somewhere there you will find the solution , if your batteries empty how will you help and raise a healthy and happy child , honor yourself to honor the others . Thats my advice and thats what i do for sometime now , lets do it together !
